You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, with no penalties or additional charges. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel an active plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan includes a 15-day free trial at no charge, and no credit card is required to start. You create your account, set up your agency and start working right away, with full access to everything in the plan you picked. When the 15 days are up you can continue on the plan or walk away, at no cost.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, with no penalties or additional charges. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel an active plan, your access continues until the end of the already-billed period — service does not terminate immediately. There are no long-term contracts or hidden terms.
What does each plan include?+
Every plan includes exactly the same functionality: sales and booking entry, automatic commission calculation based on your agency rules, settlements with a printable receipt for each agent, running account, commercial proposals, sales and commission reports, and email notifications. No features are held back for the more expensive plans. The only thing that changes between plans is how many agents you can have active and your monthly email volume.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?+
No. You start the 15-day trial without entering any payment details: we only ask for your email, agency name and a password. The card is only requested when you decide to continue once the trial ends. If you do not add one at that point your account is not deleted: it sits with the payment pending and your data intact, waiting for you.
Is there a discount for annual billing?+
Yes. Choosing annual billing gives you a 17% discount compared to the cumulative monthly price, equivalent to paying for 10 months and getting 2 additional months at no cost. The annual amount is charged in a single payment at the start of the period. You can switch between monthly and annual billing modes from your settings panel.
How do I know which plan is right for me?+
It comes down to how many agents work at your agency. Pick the plan whose agent limit covers your current team: if there are eight of you, the ten-agent plan works. Since every plan ships the same functionality, you give nothing up by choosing a smaller one. If your team grows, you switch plans from your dashboard at any time and billing adjusts; there is no data migration and nothing to set up again. And if you outgrow the largest plan, get in touch and we will put together a custom one.
Is there a plan for independent agents?+
Yes. The Standalone plan is designed specifically for agents who operate independently, without being affiliated with an agency as employees or collaborators. It includes sales logging, personal commission management, a running account, commercial proposals in PDF format, and basic reporting tools. It is a separate solution from the agency plans, designed for travel professionals who work on their own.
