AgentsPayouts was born from a concrete problem: travel agencies settle commissions manually, in spreadsheets, with errors that cost time and trust. We built a platform so that loading a sale, approving it, and paying the agent is a clear, traceable, and transparent flow — end to end.
What We Solve
From loading the sale to paying the agent, AgentsPayouts replaces the spreadsheet with a structured flow: annual commission plans, sale approvals with traceability for both parties, settlements with receipts, and real-time per-agent current accounts. A single platform, multiple agencies isolated from each other — plus independent agents who manage their own operations without belonging to an agency.

We work with travel agencies that pay commissions to a team, with administrators who need centralized control of validation and payments, and with agents — inside or outside an agency — who want to track their sales and commissions without chasing anyone.

AgentsPayouts is a product of SMTM LAB, an engineering lab specializing in AI, process automation, and custom software for growing businesses. Our philosophy: software adapts to the business, not the other way around.
